I put 4/5 frozen breasts in with water … manual for 35 min. Let it slow release and it’s so easy to shred for the week!
I LOVE my instant pot (altho I want to call it an instapot) lol I've been obsessed with homemade yogurt! Also it's super easy to prep shredded chicken if you use a hand mixer.
💕 loves the editing 💕 looks like you had as much fun as the kiddos.
We do something similar with shredded chicken but freeze it once cooked as an ‘emergency meal’ when life happens defrost quickly in the microwave and add to whatever sides/salad/wraps are on hand. Will try your spices/salsa mix next time!!
