Someone sent me a message asking about the vanilla extract. I use non-alcoholic vanilla extract by Simply Organic.
Thank you! If I have this right, 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract with 12-14 oz hot coffee. You also mentioned adding 100% unsweetened cocoa (sp?), Do you know of any other options for sweet, creamy coffee? I am doing great on my whole 30 but my one cup of delicious coffee every morning has got me in mourning. Thanks in advance!
