When my wife told me she was going to make chicken and dumplings I was excited because they really taste good. When she said that she was going to make them gluten-free, I was disappointed but I didn't say anything. I've tasted some gluten-free stuff that I did not like at all. But when she served these gluten-free chicken and dumplings they were great!
Do you think there’s anything I could substitute for the buttermilk to make it dairy free?
