. 6-lbs Ribs
. Honey to coat Ribs
. (2) Packs McCormick Smoky Applewood Marinade Mix

BBQ
. 1/2 Cup Beer
. 1 Cap Full Apple Cider Vinegar
. 1/4 Cup Steak Sauce
. 3/4 Cups Wild Cherry Pepsi
. 1/4 Cup Grape Jelly
. 1 Cup BBQ Sauce

Slurry
. 3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
. 3 Tablespoons Water

Directions:
. Coat both sides of ribs with honey and rub in applewood marinade
. Place the Ribs in the Instant Pot and wait to add BBQ sauce to turn IP on

. Combine all bbq sauce ingredients, mix well and add to the IP in the middle of ribs so marinade doesn’t fall off

. Turn IP on to Manual, cover, turn vent to sealing and add 50 min to your IP
. When IP has released pressure, uncover and remove ribs and add to oven safe tray
. Turn your IP to Sautee
. Make Slurry by mixing 3 tablespoons cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water, mix well and add to IP
. Let the BBQ sauce thicken, turn IP off and slather BBQ over ribs
. Set your oven to broil and broil 5-10 min depending on oven settings
. save leftover bbq sauce for pulled pork, bbq chicken etc…

RECIPE:
4 Cups apple juice
1 Cup apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt and pepper
Favorite BBQ Sauce
Favorite Rub seasoning

Turn the SAUTE/BROWN on to start to heat up the Pot. Pour in the apple juice and vinegar. As it is heating, get your ribs ready. Make sure the silver skin (membrane) is removed from the back side of the ribs. Cut the ribs in half. Once that is completed sprinkle your favorite rub and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Once you start to see the steam come from the Pot it is time to put the ribs in. Make sure the meatier side is facing down. Place into the Pot. Place the Lid on and make sure the Valve is in the Sealed position. Turn your Pot to MEAT on High pressure or Manual on High pressure for 32 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes for it to come up to pressure. Preheat the oven to 450. After the timer goes off on the Pot let it do a natural pressure release for 5 minutes. Do a quick pressure release to bring the Pot back to normal pressure. Remove the Ribs and place them on a sheet pan. Slather the Ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes to get the BBQ sauce tightened up on the ribs. Serve and ENJOY!

INSTANTPOT BBQ RIBS RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 slab of ribs
salt and pepper depends on the size of the ribs
onion powder
garlic powder
brown sugar
bbq sauce
apple juice

How To:
Pat dry the ribs with paper towel. Pour in some olive oil and rub it in both side of the rib. Seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar and store bought bbq sauce. Pour in apple juice to the inner pot of the instantpot cooker. Put in the steamer rack rack and make a circle out of the slab of rib. Turn on the instantpot and set it on pressure cooking settings. Set it for 25 minutes.
Onced done, take rib out of the pot, lay it in a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Cut the rib into half. Turn oven into a broil setting. In a bowl, add brown sugar, bbq sauce,apple juice and mix well. Brush on one side of the rib with sauce. Put it in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until brown. Flip the rib and repeat the process. Serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
