BBQ Beef Sliders
Ingredients:
3 lbs of boneless beef chuck
BBQ sauce of your choice
Instructions:
I cleaned up the fat on the meat thats why it’s its in chunks, but you don’t have to. Place in crockpot or Instant Pot which I used. Used the meat/stew button and cook for 35 minutes. *If using the Instant Pot make sure to have the nozzle at the top on sealing and not venting.* It was tender but I prefer it to be easy to fall apart so I cooked for an additional 35 minutes. When the second 35 minutes was done I took the meat out and shredded and then placed back in the sauce and added more bbq sauce to thicken more. I served with mini bread rolls and coleslaw on top. These are very easy to make and taste really good. You can add sliced onions or peppers as it cooks but I like this simple. I’ve done the same with chicken and turns out just as great.

This is how I make my BBQ Pulled Pork in my Instant Pot! Just wanted to share!
NOTES to consider:
1) I like to use Pork Shoulder Country Style BONELESS ribs as my meat. It’s easier to shred for me and it’s not as tough as when I use a whole pork shoulder.
I buy them at Costco! Trust me on this!
2) Sweet Baby Rays Original BBQ Sauce is what I use and it’s AMAZING!!! GOTTA use that one for the best taste! 😁
3) I only use black pepper and garlic salt to season the meat BEFORE I start sauteing it in my Instant Pot (forgot to say that in my video).
4) I use the Meat/Stew button on my Instant Pot AFTER I saute the meat to brown it in a tad bit of oil on the Instant Pot’s Saute mode.
5) So that you don’t have a soupy watery pulled pork follow my instructions on cooking!!

Ingredients:
***I’m using 8Q Instant Pot
2.5 lbs baby back ribs
3 tablespoons of brown sugar (adjust to your taste. Get your IP ready and pour sugar in evenly.
4 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 large orange
5-6 slices of ginger
1 piece of cinnamon stick
2 cloves
4-5 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1-2 tablespoons of cooking rice wine
Green onions
2.5 tsp of cornstarch+1.5 tsp of water (add more cornstarch if needed)
Note: 1 lb of meat= 1 min. If meaty, add couple more mins #instantpotribs #instantpotbbqribs #howtomakebbqribs

NINJA FOODI 8QT | HOW TO MAKE BBQ CHICKEN LEGS/DRUMSTICKS | PRESSURE COOKER | MY GADGET KITCHEN 183
Ingredients:
8-10 chicken legs
Garlic salt, black pepper and brown sugar bourbon seasoning to taste
1 cup water
1 tbsp liquid smoke
Your favorite BBQ sauce
Directions:
Season chicken, cook on high pressure for 15 min. followed by a quick release
Brush chicken with BBQ sauce broil for 5 min. Flip and repeat. Enjoy!
Get out of the drive thru and get into the kitchen.
