Instant Pot Ribs with Cherry Pepsi BBQ Sauce

. 6-lbs Ribs
. Honey to coat Ribs
. (2) Packs McCormick Smoky Applewood Marinade Mix

BBQ
. 1/2 Cup Beer
. 1 Cap Full Apple Cider Vinegar
. 1/4 Cup Steak Sauce
. 3/4 Cups Wild Cherry Pepsi
. 1/4 Cup Grape Jelly
. 1 Cup BBQ Sauce

Slurry
. 3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
. 3 Tablespoons Water

Directions:
. Coat both sides of ribs with honey and rub in applewood marinade
. Place the Ribs in the Instant Pot and wait to add BBQ sauce to turn IP on

. Combine all bbq sauce ingredients, mix well and add to the IP in the middle of ribs so marinade doesn’t fall off

. Turn IP on to Manual, cover, turn vent to sealing and add 50 min to your IP
. When IP has released pressure, uncover and remove ribs and add to oven safe tray
. Turn your IP to Sautee
. Make Slurry by mixing 3 tablespoons cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water, mix well and add to IP
. Let the BBQ sauce thicken, turn IP off and slather BBQ over ribs
. Set your oven to broil and broil 5-10 min depending on oven settings
. save leftover bbq sauce for pulled pork, bbq chicken etc…
