I have been on Lisa's sourdough journey for about 5 years now and have "mastered" several recipes. So thankful for all she has taught me through video and blog.
Love seeing you on this journey as well. Once you "sour dough" you never go back. Our gut health is so much better these days
We make discard pancakes at least once a week here and I would suggest adding a bit more flour to your dough. Your starter is very thin, causing your batter to be very thin. You are not getting a good "rise" on the pancake itself for that reason. Our pancakes come out a lot thicker and very fluffy. Add a bit less water when feeding, or add more flour with your recipes.
Keep up the good work mama. Cant wait to see what you try next
Have you ever tried her one pan skillet meal? It would be fantastic for your 18" cast irons pans. It is so very yummy.

I am getting sick of prep head with freezer meals and homemade almond milk and almond butter and flour and coconut oil and coconut milk and coconut butter and coconut flour and homemade loafs of bread and bagels and homemade English muffins.i take the time on the weekends to fill up my five freezer with breakfast meals and lunch meals and dinner meals to put in the freezers and making homemade almond milk and almond butter and coconut milk and coconut butter and coconut oil and coconut and almond flour and making freezer jelly and jam and canning all my fresh fruit and vegetables to have my sister in law come over and throw away the homemade freezer meals for my family.when I can fresh fruit and vegetables for my family I write down the date and what I can on the canning jars labels do my husband and kids know what are in the canning jars.. I told my husband that I am thinking about taking our big car garage and make into food pantry and where I can do our family canning and freezer meals and put all of our freezer and refrigerator and freezer into the food pantry and lock up so hir sister don't get in and throw away all the homemade freezer meals and can fruit and vegetables and homemade almond milk and coconut milk and almond butter and coconut butter and coconut oil and coconut and almond flour out I will be the only one that will have to key to the food pantry.

I have really enjoyed your transition to more unprocessed food. I have always enjoyed your videos, but as a family of seven who doesn't cosume a lot of processed foods your videos are so much more relatable to us. We are a homeschooling family and also run our own business with almost forty employees in two different cities (adding our third now) and three different locations. My husband is the CEO and I am the CFO. I feel like between my husband telling me and you also talking about how you don't do it all yourself I am trying to work on delegating more. I keep on delegating and have a management team underneath me but have hired an Executive Assistant to help out. Life is good!

I haven’t seen you use your pot filler, is it hooked to a line? I just figured that the water doesn’t come out as quick as water from the faucet from a sink

I really want to start making sourdough but I’m not sure when to start it. I work outside the home sometimes days and sometimes evenings. Can I start it at night let it sit overnight, then do stretch in folds in morning, put in fridge while I’m at work then bake when I get home
