    RECIPE (4 servings, 70min prep time):
    -1 cauliflower, cut in quarter
    -1 cup rice
    Slightly oil a baking dish, place in there the cauliflower and arrange the rice around it.
    Sauce:
    -1 Tsp salt
    -1/2 Tsp of sumac
    -1 Tsp of cumin
    -1 Tsp of paprika
    -2 Tbsp of tomato paste
    -1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
    -2 cups water
    Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour over cauliflower and rice.
    Bake at 200C/400F for 1h.
    Serve with tahini.

    Why bake when you can literally put them in a pot on the stove? Is it cheaper?
    Like i think asian way to cook that is to put the rice, water n spices in a pot. Wait like 10 minutes bfore putting it cauliflower if you want it crunchy or just put cauliflower together at the start.
    Put low-medium heat on the stove, or if youre modern just put in rice cooker.
