I think that if children are naughty, they must be beaten.
I'm confused…why is parchment paper supposed to be better?
I just hope you washed your hands after handling that chicken. My Favorite meat is chicken. Those do look yummy.
That’s moonlight sonata you’re playing as you’re prepping your chicken in LA
Your dog is soooooo cute! 😍
I am trying to follow why you stopped eating beef? Was it from that cut you had awhile ago that was just way too fatty and made you sick???
I recognized the three songs but can only name Claire de Lune by Debussy.
Nice piano playing! I can play Sontana in G and Jingle Bells. lol
When your beef aversion is over, rotate your meats for variety and for keeping the omega 6's down, which are high in pork and chicken. You need the variety, and there are benefits with all the meats and fishes. It's a delicious diet but you want to stay healthy. A fine snack is crispy bacon dipped in chunky Wholly Guacamole. You get a lot of potassium in the avocado. They taste great together. Eggs cooked in that chicken schmaltz are delicious. I do a beef and eggs week, a liver and salmon week, a beef and chicken week, and then pork and tuna week. I never ger bored, and I must be hitting many nutrients with the variety. I also shop the sales, so that will influence it a bit. Have a Merry and a Happy!
Love, love the piano interludes
Why parchment paper instead of foil? Curious
You should play piano on your intro and at the end of the video. Great videos. Thank you 🙏🏼
You should try duck legs! 36 minutes in the air fryer at 360. So crispy, delicious and juicy! My favorite. Eat about once a week. I like better than chicken!
Hey SBG! Where did you find that pasture raised eggs from Costco? My local one in Burbank and Van Nuys don't have them? I live in LA as well
I'm not carnivore, tried it but didn't work out for me.
Still like watching your videos and how carnivores support eachother so well 🙂
And still love a good steak!
I like to fry my pork chops in ghee or bacon grease and get them nice and crispy
Have you ever tried brushing or tossing the chicken drums in Duck fat? I recently tried this and it was soo divine!
I love the food that you’re cooking! Your piano playing always makes me cry 😭 so so good!!!
Bella I know this might be silly but I'm just learning Instagram and I can't figure out how to message you from there to get on the free support group . Could you point me in the right direction once on your page?
Love your music, finally! A long time ago and you've chosen the best of classics! Can you play Winter (4 seasons) from Vivaldi even if it's on a piano? Or Smetana: Vltava (The Moldau)?🙏🏻💗
Chicken has a bad rep among carnivores and generally in the US. But here in Balkan, EU, chicken is of high quality and very juicy. It's almost my favorite meat. I only eat chicken legs, and wings, the skin is yum, full of glycine.
Love your video's, and piano playing awesome! Happy Holidays!
