When your beef aversion is over, rotate your meats for variety and for keeping the omega 6's down, which are high in pork and chicken. You need the variety, and there are benefits with all the meats and fishes. It's a delicious diet but you want to stay healthy. A fine snack is crispy bacon dipped in chunky Wholly Guacamole. You get a lot of potassium in the avocado. They taste great together. Eggs cooked in that chicken schmaltz are delicious. I do a beef and eggs week, a liver and salmon week, a beef and chicken week, and then pork and tuna week. I never ger bored, and I must be hitting many nutrients with the variety. I also shop the sales, so that will influence it a bit. Have a Merry and a Happy!

Bella I know this might be silly but I'm just learning Instagram and I can't figure out how to message you from there to get on the free support group . Could you point me in the right direction once on your page?

Love your music, finally! A long time ago and you've chosen the best of classics! Can you play Winter (4 seasons) from Vivaldi even if it's on a piano? Or Smetana: Vltava (The Moldau)?🙏🏻💗
Chicken has a bad rep among carnivores and generally in the US. But here in Balkan, EU, chicken is of high quality and very juicy. It's almost my favorite meat. I only eat chicken legs, and wings, the skin is yum, full of glycine.
