    Great talk today… I left ww for a while (I was smartpoints diva) and tried calorie counting, intermittent fasting, strength training, and of course… maintenance (taking breaks). After losing 150+ pounds on ww I have gained back 45 lbs. The good news is I’m back on WW since august and I have lost 8 lbs so far…heading in the right direction again. Thanks for all that you do to support this community- you’re truly amazing.

    I do miss the simplicity of WW points if they ever added macros I would go back. You definitely need to eat all your points and incorporate weeklies and activity points to get enough calories.
