    That would be a great dish to serve during the holidays. Personally, for when just myself tho, I LOVE the crispy potato skin; my favorite part! I do my baked potatoes in the air fryer. The skin gets so crispy. It's delicious!

    I think full fat foods are healthier than their low fat counterparts. They are more nutrient dense and taste better. I might have to skip the green onion since Lee is allergic to them.

    I want to thank you for the old-time pound cake recipe. I love pound cake and have multiple cookbooks of poundcake recipes. Your video popped up and I scrolled through your recipes. I found the pound cake and made it the next day. It is, hands down, the most wonderful, pound cake in flavor and texture. This recipe will be a forever keeper in my baking rotation.
