    Unfortunately the trick to an authentic tasty curry is doing things in stages ie sautee onions and garlic first. Add the spices. The different flavours come out at different stages. Cook down the mushrooms seperately as they sweat a lot of water.
    I would never eat this. Disgusting.

    Into pot put raw mushrooms, snow peas, spring onions, onion, tsp ginger and garlic, 3 kafir lime leaves, add tin of chickpeas, turmeric 1/2 tsp, garam masala 2 tbsp, 1 tbsp tamari, chilli flakes, white pepper black pepper, veg broth 1/2 cup, tbsp coconut cream, or tbsp plant milk, juice of lemon at end. Stir, cover cook high simmer medium for 20 mins. Serve with rice or rice noodles.
