    1 cup warm water
    2 table spoons sugar
    2 teaspoons yeast
    Half teaspoon salt
    1 and 3/4 cup flour
    Rest 1 hour
    Cook potatoes, rinse in cold water then add some flour to it
    Cook for 5-6 minutes

    Chopstick skewers
    4 hot dogs (1 split in half for mini corn dogs)

    Make yeasted dough first
    1 3/4c flour
    2tsp dry yeast
    1c Warm water
    Salt
    2tbsp sugar
    Mix sugar water & yeast set aside 10min
    Mix 1/2tsp salt and flour
    Combine all and mix all until smooth dough (use plastic rice scoop) cover & set aside to rise 1hr

    One large russet potato almost 1lb peel and cut into small cubes 1/4” soak in water to rinse starch – boil water to blanch potatoes for 2-3min then strain and rinse in cold water
    Dry cotton cloth then toss with 2tbsp flour place baking sheet with Panko on other side

    Heat oil in deep 12” skillet 3” deep oil heat to 320F ?

    Fry 5-6min
    Sprinkle all over with white sugar
    Drizzle ketchup and yellow mustard

    can someone please let me know if there’s anyway for this to be frozen? like maybe half fry then freeze cause ik that the ingredients can fall off while frying

    Hi for some reason the potatoes kept falling off before they could be fried, floured the potatoes, made smaller ones as well, same problem. But some did stick. And yes they tasted wonderful. Any idea why they wouldn’t stick? Thank you love all your recipes.x
