I always make my taters like this. Then I freeze them and when I want one I take it out and put it in my lunch bag!!!!
Hi Amy ~ I'm new to your channel, so you may have shared this before. What are the orange handled handles clipped onto your IP insert? I'm assuming they're for lifting the hot insert out. I love cooking potatoes in the IP! I was on the fence so long before getting one – now I"ve got 2 🙂 The 8 and the 3 quart. Love them! Thanks!!
