Great recipe! But the sugar you used is it organic or unrefined? Most sugar manufacturers use bone char. Is it possible to substitute the caster sugar for maple syrup?

I made this yesterday and I must say… this is THE best vegan cheesecake recipe! Since I'm not the biggest fan of raw cheesecake I have been looking for a good baked recipe for such a long time. If anyone doesn't want to use silken tofu, just use soy yoghurt and cornstarch.
