I don’t know what settings you’ve changed on either your camera or your editing software, but that weirdly slow frame rate makes it impossible for me to watch your videos anymore. It’s especially noticeable on the more side-view camera. I hope you go back to your old style of filming/editing because I miss being able to watch you!

Lol…sometimes I think you know what you’re doing…other times I think it’s your first time in a kitchen. Why not cut up the cauliflower smaller so it cooks faster? You look beautiful!

Would you try greg doucettes anabolic cookbook vegan recipes? Just a suggestion as I'd like to know your take on them. I enjoyed the video, it's nice seeing an experienced vegan cook experiment like this

Haha. This was such a fun video. Looking at the comments, it seems everyone just guesstimates and cooks – which is fun and gives a slightly newer flavor every time. 😀

I use cauliflower, or squash or pumpkin or sweet potato to make a cheesy sauce and it works. I boil it, mash it add nutrional yeast and a bit of tumeric if it's cauliflower and coconut milk, boom. Goodness

I always make Cauliflower "cheese" for lasagna and pizza. I just cook the cauliflower in boiling water until it's tender. Then I put it in the blender with oat milk, nutritional yeast, mustard, salt, garlic powder and tapioca starch. Blend it all and then pour in a saucepan and whisk until it thickens up. Turns out great!

I definitely taste when people use sweetened non dairy in recipes. It normally has vanilla and sugar, so it adds almost like someone sprinkled a sugar cookie into the recipe.

I'm really lazy. I use a bag of frozen cauliflower and a few carrots from a bag of frozen mixed veggies for mine. This looks really good with the onions and garlic. The turmeric will give it some anti-inflammatory qualities that mine lacks. Some black pepper will help too. Will have to try this next.

I love cauliflower based sauces, but NOT if I'm going to save leftovers. I hate the strong cauliflower smell after it's been refrigerated a day or so. So I only make what I'll eat immediately with this type of sauce. and I agree, even like 1/4 C cashews OR hemp seeds will add a nice creaminess.

Rose is the restaurant still going strong?

I love your spirit! It reminds me of my own attitude in the kitchen. I LOVE to experiment and I feel like you do too! trying different things, remembering what works and what doesn't. We just have different taste palates but I appreciate your attitude.
