Made simple this time with the millet flour.I used fermented corn dough together with whentia,cloves,ginger, 1 chili 🌶 pepper blended it together and sieved it 3x with my boiled water on fire added the mixture and it came out perfect 👌 like the millet porridge with my koose .Thanks to this wonderful woman@Nanaaba’skitchen.God bless you so so very much.Ill buy the millet flour and it .👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Now, ferment the rest of dough for a day or two, portion them into Ziploc bags, and freeze. Anytime you're ready to make Hausa koko again, you simply thaw one, and mix thinly with water. Bring water to a rolling boil, then turn stove off, and add your diluted koko mixture! Super simple.
Less work, more flavor and nutritious fiber!
