Nice trick, water/stainless Steel. Nice simple bok choy recipe as well 👍🏽
but…. the bok choy is dirty, you can see it on the inner and outer part of the base.
Are usually just spit in the pan not only does it work better and makes the food taste better and I’ll try it sometime
Thank you for the tip on the stainless steel pans. My husband bought me a nice set of stainless steel cookware many years ago. I found it annoying how the food would always stick so I “retired” the cookware for good. I will try your tip see if it works and bring the pans out of retirement. LOL 😆
Never new about this trick nice vid thanks for sharing 😄👍
good vid
I got bored and started working again, so I got hired as a bartender at a Vietnamese restaurant. Got introduced to bok choy and it’s so good! Thank you for this video!
You talking too much ! For a simple recipe please shut up and show us !
Stainless steel is much better as the non stick Pan contain hard plastics
I don't like using stainless steel ,you will not find one pot in my kitchen stainless steel ewwww noooo✌️
Thank you sweetie 👍🏻👍🏻💋
would the mercury ball trick work for a cast iron pan?
This looks so basic and easy, thank you! I love the stainless steel pan trick!
I love using stainless steel pans as well. They work great, I guess the temperature was just an instinct thing for me, as I have been cooking for many decades. I also use cast iron, which I love as well. Thanks for the great vid and the info.
Just use a non stick pan and you don't have to fuck about with your bok choi like you do. This video is a about a stainless steel pan mainly! Your bok choi isn't even seasoned, which is just shit.
Should you wash bike choy first ?
I was today years old when i found this out about stainless steel.
oh my god that stainless steel advice !! Ive always hated cooking with teflon pans and now i can use stainless steel for everything. Thankyou so much.
Great tip!
Excellent and very simple to follow recipe and "how to" tip for cooking with stainless steel. Thank a million!
Great video, stainless steel tip was worth it, oh and a great way to cook my 30 + Bok Choy in the garden. I normally use carbon steel but I have some nice stainless steel cookware.
Very nice
I'm in love.
Love these recipe and your tips!.. awesome!..it works!.. thank you!..👏🏻👏🏻🎉😃
I’ve been cooking bok choy for many years and I’ve always have to wash it first as there is always dirt/soil between the leaves.
is it healthier to steam cook it or fry?
Thank U for stainless steel lesson. ❤
I usually get baby boy choy but today they only had one giant bok choy. Thanks to you I know how to slice and cook it. I buy it for the calcium.
Thank you so much for this information. I have birds so I don’t use non stick pan, but always had a problem with it sticking. I’m gonna try this method.
Very nice video and info on ss pots.
awesome 😎
Bok choy (白菜), known to most Chinese as bái cài, is normally cooked in China with just 4 ingredients. The vegetable itself, lard (pig fat), soy sauce and garlic. Never lemon juice.
Lemon juice is extremely rarely used Chinese cooking and then only in the south. Most of China has no lemons.
Stainless steel is a very poor conductor of heat. Get yourself a carbon steel wok and learn how to use it. Are you paid by stainless steel because your comments are nonsense.
Then you add ingredient number five!
Thank you for the tips about the steel frying pan, I was about to throw that thing out 😅🙏🏻 and the bok choy 🥬 was delicious 😋
I just had my first ever bok Choy today, wish I had seen your video first 😩 till now I hated using stainless steel cookware, what a great tip 👍 love the accent 👌
