Brilliant, thank you for redoing this recipe. I watched the previous one and realised that you must have edited a step out. I just thrifted an old crock pot crock and lid, so will be using that as my Dutch oven. I’m so inspired by your videos. We just constructed a second hand glasshouse, so I’m looking forward to starting my own seedlings and having hothouse tomatoes. I made tomato sauce last year and am preparing to do lots of canning this summer. We call it bottling in New Zealand 🇳🇿. Thanks again.

I make my dough the night before so it can rise from anywhere from 10 to 12 hours and just as good. I also didn't like sourdough bread until I followed your recipe and now it is my favorite.

There is nothing like homemade bread. I love that you said to make a loaf for you and one for a friend. There is something about bringing a warm loaf of homemade bread to a friend or neighbor. I love sharing my homemade bread whether it’s my crusty bread or my sourdough recipe. Can’t wait to try this crusty bread as it’s slightly different from mine.
