Thank you for the tip on the stainless steel pans. My husband bought me a nice set of stainless steel cookware many years ago. I found it annoying how the food would always stick so I “retired” the cookware for good. I will try your tip see if it works and bring the pans out of retirement. LOL 😆

I love using stainless steel pans as well. They work great, I guess the temperature was just an instinct thing for me, as I have been cooking for many decades. I also use cast iron, which I love as well. Thanks for the great vid and the info.

Just use a non stick pan and you don't have to fuck about with your bok choi like you do. This video is a about a stainless steel pan mainly! Your bok choi isn't even seasoned, which is just shit.

Great video, stainless steel tip was worth it, oh and a great way to cook my 30 + Bok Choy in the garden. I normally use carbon steel but I have some nice stainless steel cookware.

Bok choy (白菜), known to most Chinese as bái cài, is normally cooked in China with just 4 ingredients. The vegetable itself, lard (pig fat), soy sauce and garlic. Never lemon juice.

Lemon juice is extremely rarely used Chinese cooking and then only in the south. Most of China has no lemons.

Stainless steel is a very poor conductor of heat. Get yourself a carbon steel wok and learn how to use it. Are you paid by stainless steel because your comments are nonsense.

Then you add ingredient number five!
