    I made the previous version you posted of this last Sunday and it was amazing. My boyfriend said it was the best oxtails he'd ever had, took some for lunch and came home talking about how great they were. Perfect recipe with great instructions, I followed it exactly down to the cooking time the only exception was I used the same amount of green seasoning (as you did here). Didn't need any extra salt or seasoning, it was perfectly seasoned as written. Thank you!

    Ok so I've never ever had ox tail. Have been wanting to try it so bad. Was all set to until my kids dad was like "I don't like any part of the animal that's too close to the butt, it always has a weird taste" then compared it to chitlins 😩🤦🏾‍♀️. So now I've been too scared to try it but at the same time still want to 😂😂😭😭. So now that you made a recipe I'm finally going to try it because you haven't led me wrong yet Rose 🌹! ☺️😁🙏🏾

    Oh I'm definitely making this. We had oxtails when we were younger and the only other time I had them was as an adult on a trip to Jamaica. They were so doggone good. I'm already knowing this recipe is gonna be a keeper.
