In indonesia we seasoning the noodle after boil, filter to dry. as well as giving the soy sauce outside the pan to be able to mix it well and avoid cooking too long in the pan. Your cooking always look delicious. I LOVE TRYING IT. Thank you… you make it easy to cook for my Igbo husband. 🥰🥰🤗🤗
