OK, the crust for this tart is THE BEST crust I have ever had. I am blown away by it and I MUST KNOW: Do you have similar crust recipes? What other ingredients do you recommend using to experiment when making no bake crusts?

Absolutely loved the vibes in the video as well as the whole menu and it’s nice to have different alternatives at the dinner table and I loved how you brought all the ingredients together in your own way amazing

I made this whole meal for Christmas this year (replacing the chocolate cake with a quick apple crisp), and it turned out ridiculously, deliciously well. Took me over 3.5 hrs, but it was worth it, especially with good wine – and the leftovers saved me two days' worth of cooking. 🙂 Thank you for all your amazing, imaginative recipes and for your humor and authenticity in these videos. (We've tried so many of the recipes by now, including the vegan mushroom Stroganoff, which – wow, my non-vegan husband still speaks of it wistfully.)

This was an excellent video;however, i watched your video this morning re 10 reasons to have an IPot for vegans (not the exact title but i am sure you know which one). I went to target and saw the 6 qt duo on sale, remembered your impressive video re 10 reasons and bought the Ipot….so here you are makjng a beautiful holiday meal….and not an instant pot in site, not even a mention of it….sigh…hope i didnt make a huge mistake.

Brilliant! As a new vegan who is a good cook, I find some vegan chefs mean well but don’t really understand food flavouring. Most of their recipes I have to fiddle with. Yours are simply perfect! And you are hilarious!Cheers!

I made the butternut squash recipe last night and it was delicious. I omitted the oil and salt and it was still spectacular. It's definitely a special occasion meal, though, because it took a little over an hour and a half. I recommend doubling the lentil recipe, both because it's delicious and I can easily see using it in other ways, but also because it barely filled up the 3 squash I used, and two of them were quite small. Definitely leave as much of the squash flesh as you can inside (while leaving room for the lentils) because the combo is fantastic. Can't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch. Oh, the tahini/squash sauce is also wonderful. I can also see using that in other places.

I am new here, through suggested videos. I am loving this. I am not vegan but will be trying a 22 day vegan challenge in the new year from Lagos, Nigeria. I will come back here for inspiration and hopefully the ingredients here will be easily accessible and affordable

Nisha, WOW! So far I have made the butternut squash—-it is DELICIOUS! Beautiful flavor! And…AND…the salted chocolate cream tart?! Quite possibly the best dessert I have ever made!! I didn’t have any of the right coconut oil and it was 11pm so I risked it and used flax seed oil. I was afraid. 😉 But it WORKED!! I could have sat and eaten the whole tart!😯😆…but really. I could have.
Many thanks for this awesome channel!
