Looks meaty. Have you made chicken breast with stuff (something) need suggestions. Are you going to have Sip and Feast on your Podcast? If so, I am looking forward to it. Peace and blessings.

I have a grill with a built in cover. I don't know how to control the heat so the ribs won't cook so fast or burn. I haven't cooked on a grill and I am nervous about it. My plan B is cook the meat in an oven. The best taste is over charcoal. Any suggestions?

Where I'm from (Chi-town) in all the hood spots they sell more rib tips dinners than anything. I agree and do what you do (save all my tips for another day, about 20+ lbs worth) and have a RIB TIPS COOK OUT.

I make killer smoked ribs so this is a great tip! Did you post a video on what to do with the trimmings? Also, how long will pork ribs keep in the fridge before you have to cook them. I mean, how long do I have before I have to rub and throw them on the grill? I'd like to butcher them in advance of the 4th.

Wow – thanks I get these for my dogs -they are on raw – bc they are the most economical raw bones for me. I cut with kitchen scissors and it’s a mission .
What kind of knife is that ? I have a hard time keeping my knives sharp, and how to sharpen and if you use serrated how to sharpen them? Thanks

So they are burning down food processing plants. Almost 50 this year. Killing the chickens, eggs, pork and now beef. 3000 cattle in Kansas this week. 3000 in Mexico and 200 in Wyoming. People better stock there freezers because inflation and the gas prices will push no food on the shelves.
