This tried and tested chicken cacciatore is my stovetop recipe, made faster in the Instant Pot electric pressure cooker. A stew perfectly suited for the cooler, wet …
Thanks, now let see if I can do that at home.
Those bitter things inside the pepper are called the "ribs".
Please continue posting simple recipes with ordinary ingredients
Hello new subscriber here from UK England really loving your channel really appreciated unfortunately i bought an instant pot but i return it now I'm thinking to buy again so that i can follow your cooking method once again thanks for sharing your cooking skills x
I made this. I am searching for a recipe the replicated my Italian grandma. This is close, but she did not use peppers, but she did use big chunks of celery, which this recipe did not have. I am missing a spice or a flavor. It maybe white wine.
This looks amazing! Is the only way to get the written recipe is if you pay for Patreon?
Going to try this tomorrow in my Power Quick Pot. I found tomato paste in a tube so no need to freeze!
Made this, used boneless skinless chicken thighs and added in green olives, nice contrast. Super easy and I loved it. This will be a regular addition to our meal planning.
I really like the simplicity of this recipe. Some has too many ingredients so I tend not to make it but this one turned out great and I had all the ingredients on hand😁 It really is getting harder to think up what to make each day since the kids are now young adults and with more discerning taste. It was easier when they were younger. My other go-to video of yours is the Beef Rendang in the Instant Pot. That is always a success. Thank you!
This looks like a "winner" for me. Never thought to try this in my IP, but time is of the essence for many of us, and I will definitely cook this tonight. Thanks for your video. Sorry Dude, my family is all Italian, both from the northern and southern regions, have prepared this dish countless times, and never once can I remember adding olives into it! However, when it's your kitchen, you can do whatever makes you happy.
Hi Flo, I am a patron of yours but I did not get the written recipe as usual.
Hey Flo and Dude, that looks so good, enjoy.
The dish does look good. I'm Dude didnt burn his mouth, from not waiting for it to cool a bit. 😀
I will be making this for dinner tomorrow, It looks so delicious. Looking forward to your new cookbook too. Thanks!
Flo, I'm a subscriber. Love your videos. i made the Chicken Cacciatore recipe tonight for dinner. Delicious!!!!!!!
I don't like the curly parsley either, tastes like sawdust… Thanks Flo….!
Looks absolutely tasty. Will for sure be on my table soon. And Dude, you did good, he ain't gonna bite the hand that feeds him. Lol, or cooks such good meals for him, that's better. Love, HUGS & Blessings, Marilyn.
Just got all my ingredients to make this. Will be making it this week. I can’t wait!
This sounds good. I always make this in the crockpot. My kids come home to a house that smells amazing and a dish that does too. I will try this in my Ninja Pressure cooker and I will let you know how it goes. Thanks!
bought an instant pot last week and your channel came back a lot and looky here as I search for instant pot chicken cacciatore!! Merci from Montréal
If I used tomato puree instead of whole tomatoes would you suggest adding some additional water? if so, how much. The puree would also provide a thicker sauce. Not a fan of whole or diced tomatoes.
Looks like another home run recipe that I can't wait to make. Very surprised that there was enough liquid for the pot to come to pressure. Thanks!!
Am I the only one that finds the dome base annoying because all the oil flows to the sides and there's never any in the middle for browning?
when my family asks whats for dinner i tell them my specialty (its called eat it or starve)
Hello Flo & Dude, yet another master piece, thanks Flo for sharing, I also loved the way Dude shows his appreciation for you Flo, that's how it should be done, thanks Dude. Have a wonderful week, take care and God bless you and your Family always. 🇺🇸🇨🇦🌸💞🌸👼🏻👼🏻
Oh my!! Looks delicious! I make mine with some dry white wine. I add it just before the tomatoes. I serve it over polenta or papredelle pasta.
That sounds reasonable…I’ll try it! Thank you!
Hi Flo, Another wonderful recipe! By the way we always called that with part on the peppers you cut off the ribs😊
Hi Flo and Dude, Just made this recipe and it was awesome! This cacciatore recipe will now be on our family’s IP recipe rotation. Thanks so much and keep the yumminess coming!
