I just started watching your videos just wanna let you know….best.. if your habit is hit your pot with the spoon try putting your hand… so next time u make a video try it.. so one hand is turning lift out over pot other hand goes a little under the handle of the spoon not to low to get burn and hit.. knocking pot is not a good cooking habit.. keep up the good cooking..
