It was so funny that I was planning to make a mixing beans stew ( black bean/ dark red kidney bean and pinto bean ) with green/ yellow zucchinis, onions and tomatoes. I was thinking serve with bread 🥖. Your mix bean recipe lights up my idea 🤔… I am going to make rice instead bread. We love to try any recipe from Spain 🇪🇸 👍! Thankyou so much 🙏😛!

Beautiful – the only thing i'd add would be a level teaspoon of sugar to offset the acid in the tomatoes. This really adds a mellow smoothness to dishes with canned tomatoes like this. I'll be making this fantastic stew today!

Rinse beans to get rid of preservatives? Why choose this product? Preservatives can be eliminated by rinsing? Not in my world. Choose organically grown veggies/beans to begin with. Your recipes are awesome but some of ingredients are definitely questionable. Sad!

I agree with Uncle Roger. The best way to cook rice is in a rice cooker. And rice cookers are pretty inexpensive. I'm going to try your bean stew, it looks delicious.

Another great video from you, Albert!!

Personally, I have never been one to avoid hot foods during Summer. I know that there is such a thing as bean salad, which I believe, is usually served cold, but I think it needs to be cooked first, yes.

Also, begin Cuban, how could I not love a rice and bean dish, am I right?

As always, thank you, @Spain on a Fork for so many amazingly delicious recipes!!
