Yummy!! I didn't know it was so easy to make! I made toffee for years but now that I'm an "oldster" this recipe looks so much easier so I'm going to try it and make several batches each with a different kind of nut for Christmas gifts! Thanks Tammy!! You're the best!! Love ya!!

I use to make this for my daddy, he loved it so much. He would always tell me to use less peanuts so he would have more of the candy. I wish I could make him some now. Have a blessed day. Love ya!!🤗

Hi Tammy, I watched this video twice, so I'm thinking I might be able to make your recipe and it turn out. lol I stop trying to make peanut brittle many years ago because it never turned out. I can make fudge and divinity, but not brittle. I'll give it one more try, if I can find the peanuts. Can I use the roasted peanuts in the jar? Thanks so much for sharing your recipe. :O) Oh, I don't think I'll be able to find the super fine sugar in my area. Will just regular sugar be ok?

Tammy, this looks so delish but are you playing devil’s advocate? You look well with your weight loss. But all I can hear in the back of my head is “Be an angel. You have got to lose those pandemic pounds and most importantly, get your A1C down”. The devil has to go faster than these PP’s.😂🤣😇

OMG Tammy, thanks for this recipe. I used to make it all the time in my microwave in the 70's and lost the recipe. This is the same one for the microwave and it sure does turn out fantastic!! Best peanut brittle I ever had. Melaney from SoCal

Hi Tammy! My mother and one of my aunts made this microwave peanut brittle using this recipe or one very similar. It was always so good! I remember making this for Christmas "goodie boxes" for the UPS and FedEx delivery drivers that were so busy during the holidays. We would make an extra batch (or two or three!) to nibble on while making the other cakes, cookies and candy for the "goodie boxes" for those guys and gals.
They never failed to mention how good the peanut brittle was! This recipe brings back warm memories! Thanks for another video, y'all! ! 😊
