    I want to try make those pancakes. They look really good. You may have answered this before. If so I apologise. Does it have to be beef gelatine? Where I live (Denmark) pork is the most prevalent version.

    I meant to try the egg white crepes last night but never got to it. I am hoping to make some tomorrow, we’ll see if I do it or not. I like to try and get as much done as I can before I go to work. I make dinner and leave it for my hubby (and son if he is home), do some cleaning, some prep work on other things, and I make breakfast and dinner, all in like 5 hours. Normally I go to work either 1:40 or 2:40 and I’m up somewhere between 7:15 and 8:45 each day. Hoping to make some tomorrow. It’s on the list. I can’t wait to make tortillas with it so I can make breakfast burritos.

    great idea. i've been making the noodles from Asian Flavors with the sodium alginate and i love them especially in chicken noodle soup. but my family doesn't like them as much as i do. i'm going to try yours. thanks for the video.
