Canned dry pinto beans. Got bubbles out they are sealed but they have a few-small bubbles on top Are they ok to keep
I make this but instead of potatoes I use cabbage..all cooked in skillet..the cabbage cooks down…I will be trying this with the potatoes…

This is so good and easy. I grew up on food like this. Btw, I was one of only a few who grew up on grits here in northeastern PA. My dad was stationed at Fort Benning, GA in the 50s and learned about grits there, loved them, and brought them home. So, I grew up loving me some grits! Stay well, you two!
