We have similar to this recipe with vegtables like spinach, parcley, chives, and coriander ( they are herbs for ASH =a kind of Iranian soup). In different parts of Azarbayejan province in Iran they have ASH Doogh (Aylar) like this but a bit different in ingredients they add chick pea or even meatball
You can add meat balls in yayla A.K.A ayran çorbası " too, its gonna be so much better.
