Laura, all these recipes look wonderful. I am planning to give them all a try. I am especially looking forward to trying the bone broth recipe for the instant pot. I purchased a instant pot some time ago and have never used it but I am going to now! I am not a ‘cook’ nor do I really enjoy cooking. However, I have been making a move to be more mindful about making good food for my husband and I (our children are grown and gone). I so enjoy your videos and recipes and I just want to thank you for including recipes or where to find them. For me, it’s helpful to have a recipe to get me started (I can’t be the only one). Once I have it down then I’m able to maybe tweak it but I never even try when it’s something that looks good but has no recipe since it’s just not in my wheelhouse to guess what ‘about’ or ‘some’ means.
