I love the health choice chicken Alfredo broccoli and when I do it.I nuke a half bag of frozen okra and add it to the meal bowl.just enough sauce to cover.

Convenience foods help me a ton! I know most times if the meals are not easy I wont stick to the diet.

What recipe are you using for broccoli and chicken?
I reduced my zero foods to. chicken, fruit, veggies, avocado and potatoes. Points went up to 22.
