This looks super tasty! But I am also excited to sprinkle some crushed up pork rinds on top to add more of that fried rice crunch! I love how we can be craving something and find a keto friendly version, thanks.

Followed this recipe and we LOVED IT. I’ve been making a bunch of your recipes and so far they’re all a hit. I subbed chicken for this recipe since shrimp doesn’t reheat very well for meal preps. It was still delicious! Served it with sriracha

I usually do not comment on videos but if you are one that hates the taste of plain cauliflower rice I can assure you that you will love this. I don’t care for regular rice anymore after eating this. TASTE SO GOOD! I had my younger sibling taste it and he enjoyed it asking me to make more

Thank you for that, I’ll defo make it. One question though is if I’m using fresh cauliflower, how do I go about cooking it? Do I boil it first and then drain and squeeze the water out or do I just dry cook it ? Thank you

This was Sooooo Good!!! My brother tried it and said it was the best he's had. The only change I did was use broccoli slaw for the veggies. Thank you so much for posting. New Subscriber for sure.

Making again tonight. YUM Use fresh ginger root if you can – makes a difference. I just realized I don't have any – not something I keep on hand – but dry ginger works as well. For me it took a couple times stir frying riced cauliflower to get good at it. I have riced my own fresh cauliflower – I like handling / prepping food but it was a lot of work. I buy frozen or fresh – either one taste and have the same texture and work well for me. DO USE THE SESAME OIL! MAJOR YUM

Now that I finally followed your instructions for fluffy cauli rice, I’m ready to try this recipe. I love love love shrimp fried rice, and fried rice in general. I’ll be adding some sautéed chicken breast to it as well because my ultimate fave from the nearby Chinese restaurant is their house fried rice with chicken, shrimp, and pork.

Yeah, I just talked myself into making that too. Hubby is going to be thrilled!!

Hi Mayra, this recipe looks great, and I can't wait to try it. I have 2 questions though:
    1) Would the recipe work with shirataki rice instead of cauli-rice?
    2) Did you use toasted sesame oil, or plain?
