Wil’s subtle flex, in almost every video… crushing fresh garlic cloves with the heel of his palm. ✋ I have tried. I have pretty tough cooking hands. I cannot do it, because it hurts! LOL! 😳 Kudos, Mr. Y.

    FYI… 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon

I 💚 tofu, so these dumplings sound like the perfect blend for an actual meal. Much more satisfying than the Napa cabbage-based blends. I am going to pan fry those dumplings in that chili oil!

Last time I was here, this channel has about a bit less than 1/8 of its current subbers lul. Ok so the recipe looks fancy, so asian, so good as always. And since last time, I noticed that your personality has started seeping out, a good sign. Always detailed on the technique, flavours, description, and the tips. Always cooking with MORE LOVE THAN CONFIDENCE <3<3<3. You're halfway there, keep up the good work. You're now officially in my list of underrated content creators (based on views, not subbers).

Although, theres one thing bugging me, perhaps you can take this in as an input?

12:0512:44 This is just stunning. These perfect little pillows of incredibly DELICIOUS fiery smokey flavour. You have that really DELICIOUS meaty texture tofu crumble, thats just packed inside of these dumplings. And when you take a bite out of it you get that DELICIOUS burst of flavour from the garlic the DELICIOUS ginger the green onions just add a lot that freshness and of course that water chestnuts adds that DELICIOUS crunch as well as a little bit of that sweetness.

So, the title is now 'Delicious every 8 seconds'. As much as I don't like it though, it is the kind of thing that my mother would watch since she wouldn't understand if you say anything other that that word. lol. So yeah, not bad, I quite enjoyed the video until it hits the twelve-o-five mark where it started to become too delicious to listen to.

I got excited when you added water chestnuts cause that's what I do! Never thought to fry off the tofu first though, but it makes sense to get the aromatics going and the fat content. Can't wait to make dumplings again!
