Great recipe however, the teaspoon and tablespoon measurements are not right to what you are saying in the video vs what is written.

In description saying 1 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce but it’s 1 tablespoon. Same goes for the garlic and chili paste.

Thanks for the recipe. It's great. I did add a little flour to the chicken mixture to make it a little crispier. But the ingredients are spot on. I like the samba oelek addition.

My most fondest memories in India was having a plate of Chili Chicken and Manchurian with copious amounts of Bira and Kingfisher. It's only been a week back from my trip and I am dying to go back. Our people really know how to make some good munchies. (Or as we call it in the south, "BITES")

Hmm.. Hakka dish that use "Chili". This is something new.

I am a Hakka Chinese and Hakka people doesn't use chili in their food or not a common ingredients in their cuisine. You could said that they don't even like chili. Thanks to your video that I found out that Hakka Chinese community are quite a thing/mainstream in India. I guess that is why this Hakka dish use chili.

I see that one of the ingredients in this dish is mushroom sauce. I am not familiar with this ingredients. Are they by any chance, the vegetarian oyster sauce? That is the closest Chinese ingredients that I could think of that could be refers as mushroom sauce. Vegetarian oyster sauce contained mushroom stock/essence/extract as main ingredients. Some brand may add carrot and/or celery stock/essence/extract.
