I was responding to @bjohnson 1149's remark about the scraping noise. Whenever I hear a sound that bothers me, I just turn down my volume until past that particular segment. Everyone deserves a chance to "fix things" with equipment and I try not to nitpick. Also, I enjoy your channel very much and have for some time.

Great recipe suggestions. I have to say, though, that the spoon scraping on the bottom of that pot is like fingernails on a chalkboard!

Never heard of it, plus I don't shop aldi. I think you can find bread cheese at Costco going to make a trip tomorrow fried cheese yummy. We're having ribeye steaks and hash brown casserole and steamed cauliflower and pea pods. Thank you for sharing have a blessed evening stay safe and healthy. 🙏❤🙏❤
