I can't wait to try the teriyaki bowls, yum but I already have some hamburger out that needs to be used so I'll make the lasagna today and teriyaki tomorrow. Love your style of cooking.

I’ve made a couple of recipes from your videos and they were so good they were “keeper” recipes that I definitely want to make again! Even aside from that, your videos are so satisfying and fun to watch!

These all sound delicious! Adding parsnips to the stew would be good if you like them, which I do! Just wondering about the diced tomatoes. Could crushed tomatoes be substituted? I like the flavor of tomatoes but hate the texture of diced tomatoes so I’d love to try these with crushed tomatoes if you think it would work. Thanks for sharing!

Without a doubt you have some great ideas.
    Here's something you may like.
lentil soup with lentils, onions, garlic, dash of oregano, saute add water, allow to cook about an hour. Add chopped spinach, and elbow macaroni…salt & pepper to taste. Serve with garlic bread or crackers

I will be trying that skillet lasagna for sure. I'm told my lasagna is quite good but I only know how to make a large amount that makes a huge mess and takes a lot of time. Sometimes I put spinach in it. The turkey and zucchini looks so good too! Thank you and have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I'm with you re the beef stew seasoning mix. I have used it for years. I have a lot of special spices, I know how to get the flavors I want, but that mix hits the flavor mark every time. You actually almost added the packet there, didn't you? : ) I hope you are feeling well.
