Thank you for a great video, Becky. I didn't know the story about St Patrick. I've never done a gravy but when I serve it, our meat slice is served on a plant. The veggies are served into individual bowls with broth, kind of like a really chunky soup with broth. I'm sure that gravy is just as good as the broth is – I've seen people dump the broth down the drain prior to serving the meal. Brt they never tasted it thinking it was too salty. Anyways Happy St Pat's day to all and thanks for sharing, Becky. St Pat's has always been a special day, firstly we're also Irish but Mar 17th was my parents first date – they married 6 months later. ☘️

The food looked great! But the message is so much greater, i don't know what made you choose that verse, but you have no idea how badly i needed to hear that. I have been struggling with harboring bitterness, resentment, and anger, so much and i hate it, i hate the way it makes me feel. People treat me like crap all day every day at work and it's been wearing on me and made me bitter and i hate feeling like that. Learning forgiveness and being kind hearted and sympathetic to others is INVALUABLE, it makes everything easier, it makes the heart at peace, and you can't buy peace. You can't take a pill to create peace in your heart. I can only do this with showing the same love to the world that God has shown me. And i only recently learned these things, I'm still struggling and working on myself, but this is the basis of my new reality, when i can forgive and love everyone, then my life will be so much easier, a great weight has been lifted and i can't explain how precious and rare that is, and I'm so thankful that you shared this message❤

I've been eating this since I was a child. My recipe also uses celery. Something new I've been doing. Add about 4 tablespoons of adobo seasoning in the water. It comes out wonderful! I also cook my corn beef brisket for 3 hours before I add anything in a rumbling boil. It boils away most of the fat inside the meat.. then the fat side can be scraped off with a fork after the 3 hours. Then i throw in my carrots, celery, onions, potatoes for another 30 mins.. then i add my cabbage for the last 30 mins. mmmm mm mmmm

IMPORTANT – The Golden rule or royal rule is "to do to others what you would want done to you." This is scripturally backed up by the scripture about "turning the other cheek." You turn the other cheek when – you turn and walk away from the man that just hit you. Further the Bible makes perfectly clear that "there can be no forgiveness without repentance." So, scriptural forgiveness is NOT FORGETTING what was done to you …BUT …. Biblical forgiveness is NOT DOING TO ANOTHER WHAT HE DID TO YOU. Biblical forgiveness defined is thus Doing the righteous thing ,,, or in other words Do not do to him what he did to you … BIBLICAL FORGIVENESS IS NOT FORGETTING WHAT WAS DONE TO YOU ,,, IT IS INSTEAD – NOT RETURNING TIT FOR TAT. Once again … God teaches there can be no forgiveness without REPENTANCE! Respectfully submitted as my scriptural understanding, I share with you what His Spirit has shared with my spirit. A watchman of His Word … Peter

Very enjoyable video, as usual:) One of my lifelong friends is from Ireland. When she moved her family to America, where she had lived for most of her first 16 years, she could not find the boiled bacon they had in Ireland. She had totally forgotten we had corned beef instead, and her husband and children were not happy, because they had never had corned beef! You'd have thought the end of the world had arrived. Thankfully, she either orders it from somewhere, or goes back to Ireland (she has a home back there now too) as she did this year.
