    I’m with you on breakfast. I basically have the same breakfast everyday and never get tired of it: 4 turkey bacon, 2 eggs, 3 toast, bit of butter….380 calories, 12 carbs…that meal can last me almost all day long!
    So happy for Andrew’s new job…continued prayers for his job niche. And wow 24 & 24 …..great challenge Adam and loved his new haircut….wish I had that hair!!
    Love seeing Zelda…..would love to seen that opening of the pasta! Adventures of Zelda 🤪

    I am finding such a discrepancy between points and calories. After having breakfast and lunch today I am at 22 points but only 581 calories. I am leaning toward only counting calories.

    I’m so excited for Andrew. God does answer prayers. And, I admire Adam. I don’t think I was ever young enough or in good enough condition to run a mile much less a mile each hour for 24 hours. You have such terrific young men! I know what you mean about the cake!!! If I eat a bite of bake goods, I want more and the craving doesn’t go away for days. That usually results in binges. Then, I hate myself for doing such a thing. I’m working at changing up what I’m eating until Easter. Letting go of a lot of the carbs that have been my go-tos – that I have been going to way too much. Got to the point that especially in the evening I just wanted to eat more and more. Finish eating one thing and looking for something. So I decided dinner done at 6:00 and kitchen cleaned and light out by 6:30. Teeth brushed and pj and then just chill. No snacks or sips except water or decaf until bedtime. Pushing breakfast back until I’m really hungry. Not really fasting because if I’m hungry I will eat earlier. You have a good week and best of luck on the scale tomorrow.

    You told that cake and chocolate chip pancakes “ you’re not in charge of me.” Good luck to Adam. I can’t imagine staying awake 24 hrs much less running a mile every hour. Congratulations to Andrew on getting a job. It should give him good experience especially if he is going to be a floating sub some of the time.
