    I eat like a CRAZY person. It was never this bad though. Going off of birth control tomorrow to see if it helps my cravings. Wish me luck.
    I love healthy food but usually eat in my car on my way to work and then whatever is at work if I have time and then I pig out on takeout after work since I get off between 7-12. Super unhealthy.

    When I realize how bad my eating is I usually just eat more. Oof.

    Uh could you do a video about eating more vegetables with recipes? I have the same problem I don't hate vegetables but I just love fruit and sugar and everything with chocolate so much that I gravitate towards sweet stuff when I'm hungry which is…not good haha!
