I made some of this (and PB fudge) and sent it to my brother and sister in law. Since it arrived in a box, he asked me what it was like to be a fudge packer. Wiseass!

Wow, condensed milk with chocolate is a very popular sweet in Brazil. He said it's a ganache but here we know as a "brigadeiro".
So, I can't imagine this combination baked could become a fudge.

This fudge is very waxy, and imitation tasting!! A really good fudge is using food wishes grandma's peanut butter fudge recipe..then add cocoa powder to powder sugar as sifting..its so easy and fail proof..of course I used Vahlrona cocoa

Well I just found this channel today and made this fudge within an hour of seeing it. I cut the recipe in half, subbed Cointreau for the vanilla and topped the fudge with chopped Craisins and 1oz of shaved white chocolate. It is DIVINE. Thank you! I can't wait to make more of your recipes.

Really nice recipe but I have to make a comment on something else. On your web page, you gave a list of all equipment you use for filming. That's really conscientious of you and I just want you to know I appreciated that.

My favorites as a teen was Chocolate Fudge chunks like you show – so THANK
    YOU!
I also HUGELY loved nougat chunks – transplant and golden and sometimes with big cashew nut pieces embedded in.
It was certainly sugar syrup based but was not so hard somehow.
    Rather chewy.
I was also told there was some milk added but ….
I have never yet found a recipe for it and have lost touch with the lady who made them for sale in her family shop.
    Please HELP!
Could you give a recipe for that please please please?
