    Meh eating one meal a day isn't that great if you're trying to build muscle because you're not getting protein synthesis and usually a 12-ounce ribeye is around 1500 to 1800 calories it's mostly all fat

    As a 5’3 women that amount of calories a day for me is insane! People need to realize that height and body composition play a huge roll in how much you can eat without gaining weight.
