Thank you so much very for creating this recipe. I made this today and everyone loved it. I appreciate that it’s simple and fast. I’ve been cooking almost everyday and it was nice to try something new while in quarantine. I could not find the recipe on your website but I kept replaying the video and eye balled all the ingredients as you made it. It smelled so good in the kitchen and was truly delicious 💕🤗

Have I ever met an Italian cooking expert who is not looking like a pile of dough? All of that pasta and other high carbohydrates take their toll to be sure. I am sure there must be fit Italian style cooks around, I just have never met one, and if I did I would doubt that they knew anything about the topic, so there you are.

Making your Small Meat Balls, From Scratch, Will enhance the flavor, of your Soup, As the Store bought Ready made meat Balls, Are Good, But not made, With the Real Italian Flavor to them, Just a Tip , Etc, Another good tip is to cook your Pasta separate, Then add it to the soup ,Near the end, Reason being, letting it cook into the Soup, It Will Absorb all of the Soups Juice & You will be left, With very little liquid,When it is done etc.Just a FYI.Thanks for sharing Sandy.

Sandy, growing up, my Italian grandmother made this all the time, but she made the meatballs very little ones, but she put carrots, celery and onions and the canned tomatoes and the mini bow ties the ones you find in kosher section. I love this soup. I like that you used the California blend veggies. One pot soups I love. Love your version
