My two children are young adults and I live alone. My biggest challenge is buying and preparing “just enough” food, to eat now and one or two additional meals.

What does the tahini do in the cornbread. I am having a hard time adjust to no oil in corn bread. I am a Texan . I really enjoy how you cook and teach.
