Thank you for your honesty and sharing those important non-scale victories! I'm also doing keto Christmas, but I think it's a bit easier in Australia because it's so hot and salads are everything!

Another great video Stephy, never get in nor give up even if you want to have a cheat day now and then. I do this all the time. I never beat myself up over it. Happy Birthday young lady! Week 71 you showed you have a strong will and desire to get healthy. One pound is still a pound you been under a lot of stress. You go girl! Have a nice and safe Christmas.

Congratulations on your NSV;s! Sure, the scale # can be/is a barometer of how we're doing overall. But it's the daily LIVING that the NSV's represent that indicate LIFELONG changes towards health! Trust me, I struggle with this balance too! And happy birthday! what an AWESOME present to give yourself; HEALTH! and LIFE! That's the BEST present/"reward" you can have!

I appreciate your honesty and directness with your journey and process. You're very brave! Braver than me, for sure, as far as being so "public" in this journey! A couple thoughts, although too late for the events of this week, but for future ideas!

Pizza: Eat the toppings, ALL the toppings you want! After all, you still can't eat all THAT much at a time, especially if you plan ahead, LOL! &/or make a low carb/keto version of a crust and have that instead. It's very easy and fairly quick, assuming you have all the ingredients on hand! My personal favorites involve some variation with parmesan cheese and flax meal, but there's many out there to find what you like best!

Mexican: I find a LOT of food is on the OK list in Mexican cuisine. A LOT! LOL! If you stay away from the rice, tortilla's, and chips, you're golden! the beans are "iffy", depending on your personal needs/space for food, lol! Meat protein of choice (mine are grilled shrimp, carne asada (beef) and carnitas (slow roasted pork), but any will do!), grilled veggies &/or salad, cheese, guacamole and sour cream (aka Fajitas!) make the PERFECT Latin cuisine meal! Delicious! Especially when planning ahead for a "special meal out" it can totally fit into your daily macros! And then IF you still have space/room AND you want a little "something special" a bite of a bday dessert is easier to include in the experience. At least, that's what I've found over the many years of staying true to my food plan/needs!

Happy birthday and Merry Christmas! Thanks for all you give US! <3

Wow stephy it's great to see that your making a lot of good decisions. And making the right decisions makes you feel good don't you think. It's a lovely video because it's a difficult time of year. I'm a bit worried about visiting my daughter on Christmas day. I don't want to offend her by not eating some things. Great to see your results were good too. We are all on track and ready to beat the struggle in 2022. Hope your birthday was brilliant (I can't believe your over 25!!) Thanks stephy appreciate your videos.
