Thanks Steph I've been out of keto for almost 5 weeks for to my surgery doing much better as weird as this sounds I won't start up again till Monday it's hard having family over helping out and instead of saying I'm keto I just know it's easier to just eat whatever one else it's eating I'm still doing intermittent fasting at least 3dats a week and I know this has helped me stay in my same weight, can't wait to go full keto! On Monday and loving my body again!!! Thank you for the motivation!!! Great customs for Halloween great job momma!

Your transparency is admirable! You are so right it’s about the journey! It’s about the middle. Maintaining through this journey is so hard! I talk about weight loss fatigue all the time and you’ve come such a loooong way and your still here Steph! Not giving up and that is why I love you!!! We got this girl! Gonna continue to watch this as I get some brussel sprouts to eat 😊💚 let’s get it and put in the work

Hi stephy lovely to have an update from you. Yes you are not only willing to do what it takes but you are doing what it takes. I was amazed by your progress so far after watching your videos from a year ago. I'm lucky because I don't really struggle with anything. I'm going to live for another twenty five years so I'm not bothered by the occasional plateau. You are doing so well and your truly blessed by your faith in Jesus. I'm not really a Christian but I'm so impressed by your love of God and he loves you back many times over. Well done stephy your a true weight loss heroine. (Not sure having the word struggle on your shirt really helps, doesn't it make you think about struggling more) looking forward to your Thursday video.

Another great video my friend. You seem to be in better spirits. I'm at a stall kind of went off a Keto for a couple of weeks. Haven't gained any weight, but we haven't lost any, guess that's a plus. Do the best you can. Life is about the journey. You got this girl! My many thoughts and prayers! You know me I am always ready!!!

You've got this! We all do, we need to have faith in ourselves and keep pushing and drowning out those negative voices in our own heads that tell us we can't. Those voices lie to us and keep us from reaching our potential for health, for change and for a better future. 💪❤

Well Hello and Welcome to Motivation Monday with Stephy! 🥰 I wish I had started my fitness journey when I started my weight loss journey as well. I know it would have been much harder, but there are so many people even larger than me who can do things my body just can't. I've been doing the fitness for 6 months and still have such a long way to go. It's the best decision I've made for myself and I certainly hope you find benefit in it as well. Thanks as always for sharing your truth. Have a great week. 😊🧡

Keto/IF…yes you can gain weight on "keto only" food! Remember, snacking is the devil 👿 (there's no snacking allowed outside the eating window due to insulin levels & insulin resistance).
I resolve NOT to gain the "holiday 15". There are only four ACTUAL (or more, if you love football 🏈) holiDAYS – Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's day & Superbowl. They are DAYS…. if we clump "the holidays" all together over the weeks between Halloween & Superbowl, we can easily gain enough weight to want to give up! Then, we "resolve" on Jan 1 to "lose weight in 2022" (again). Viscous circle.
I kept this in mind last holiday season & did not gain! I know I can replicate those results this year, too! I relaxed my IF eating window only on the actual holiday calendar day – then back at what worked the very next day (for me, a normal day is 23:1 or OMAD). If I went to a party, I took "Keto food" and only ate food that was keto at the party (no one knows the deviled eggs I brought are actually "keto". Turkey – keto, too)😏😊🤣
    NEVER GIVE UP!
🙏🏻Please don't beat yourself up over the non-exercise & your bulging disk… it might have been a wakeup call, but you lost weight before that happened, so you ARE successful! You never know – it could've been a much WORSE situation to have that bulging disk at the higher weight due to the strain exercise could have put on your back!
I didn't seek workout help until my balance was so far off I was afraid to fall in the shower, and was on a cane due to an arthritis flare-up in Jan 2020.
I started Keto/IF in May of 2020 – lost a bunch of wt (40#) THEN started working with a personal trainer. All is well now! My strength has returned, all health issues are gone (including the cane) and I feel fantastic!
😊You're right! This is a journey, and we will arrive! A pound & a prayer at a time!!🙏🏻
