Having your daughters rate and present the foods was so precious! They are a delight. Three young women who gave their honest descriptions of the products in THEIR perspective. It was different and a delightful treat for me. I was thinking there was more products for them to try, but realized the time was up.
I am still on my new diet regime. A mixture of 1,200 calories heading towards full Keto, but right now focusing on slowly edging my carb macros going down so the transition to full Keto will be less noticed. I am looking forward to my September 1st official weigh in. My body feels smaller and even though I have lymphadema, my compression socks are going on a lot easier.

Wonderful video with your children! I had an English teacher back in high school that said "kids are goats, children are human beings". I have never forgotten that lesson. You have 3 beautiful children that carry forward from you such beauty, poise and honesty!
