    I made this for my family for dinner and it was a hit. I wasn’t a fan of Jackfruit until I made it this way. I crisped it in the air fryer and it came out perfectly, crispy and “gyro like”. Thank you so much.

    I can't do Jackfruit though…it's the texture I can't get past. I've tried it several different ways and even had someone else make it for me; everyone else loved it. Nope. There are plenty of other things to eat and I don't feel like I'm missing out. 😉

    I make my Tzatziki sause with a base of creamy cauliflower. I copied it from my local grocery store that makes their own plant-based sauce.
